While starting slow, June promises a lot of interesting new and returning series in the backend of the month. June is bringing some major debuts, such as the latest Marvel series and a new comedy for Apple, but the returning shows will generate the greatest buzz.

Most notably, there’s the return of “The Bear,” which has generated critical and commercial acclaim throughout its run, raising the profiles of all involved. There’s also the final installment of the blockbuster series “Squid Game,” which ended on a major cliffhanger as we wonder just how the series will close out satisfyingly. Elsewhere, there’s a little something for everyone, whether you’re looking for strictly comedy or something with more action and thrills.

“Stick”
Created by Jason Keller, the sports comedy series “Stick” follows a former Owen Wilson as Pryce Cahill, a man whose on-course meltdown derailed his would-be promising career in golf. The series follows him as he looks to mentor the next generation as a way to find his own path again. Peter Dager, Marc Maron, Mariana Treviño, Lilli Kay, and Judy Greer also star.
Release Date: Season 1 premieres June 4 on Apple TV+.

“Fubar”
Arnold Schwarzenegger returns as a CIA operative in the second season of the Netflix series “Fubar.” Season two, created by Nick Santora, follows the fallout of revealed secret identities. Monica Barbaro, Travis Van Winkle, Fortune Feimster, Millan Carter, Scott Thompson, Fabiana Udenio, Jay Baruchel, and Adam Pally all return from Season 1, with Carrie-Anne Moss joining the cast. 
Release Date: Season 2 premieres June 12 on Netflix.

“We Were Liars”
Based on the novel of the same name by author E. Lockhart, “We Were Liars” is a psychological thriller that follows a notorious and wealthy family, the Sinclairs. The series follows them as they must deal with the fallout of a mysterious accident that changes her life forever. Emily Alyn Lind, Shubham Maheshwari, Esther McGregor, Joseph Zada, Caitlin FitzGerald, Mamie Gummer, Candice King, Rahul Kohli, David Morse, and Wendy Crewson star. 
Release Date: Season 1 premieres June 18 on Amazon Prime Video.
